ZANDER's here!
Where the heck am I? This place is too bright and noisy.
Mommy meets Zander.....She's thinking "it's about time" and "what a sweetie".
Proud daddy Ian....he was a bit emotional - who could blame him?
Cedes has been waiting for this for a long time. She's a big help to her mother. And loves her new brother.
Ethan has this weird "picture face" he makes now, strange but adorable. This is about as close to the baby as he would get those first 3 days. Every time Emily held him, he freaked out. It was pretty funny.
Zander Ian Day was born on 7/22/08, 8 pounds 5 ounces, 21 inches long. He had a tough birth and was a bit beat up and swollen, but the later pictures, you can see he's better now. We sure do love to kiss those fat little cheeks. And is dad is so proud (it's his first biological child); he's been the dad to the two girls for 5 years, so this is great for him. And Mandy was excited to have a boy, finally. These pictures might not be in order, but I'm not sure I remember how to do that. Don't forget to keep reading for the two new blogs beneath this one, one from the art show, and one for Tiffany's wedding. xoxoxoxoxox Leave your comments.

I just read through the entire blog all the way to the begining when you started. It is so fun to see the pictures and read about our adventures years ago. I love the section on Sam and cry every time I see it. The new pictures are really cute, especially of Zander. The wedding pictures are great too. I'm glad you are back blogging even though I know it was hard for you to add to it. It looks great. Love You!
I have to leave another comment about you. Bay and I were talking the other day about how supportive you are of your grandkids and how no matter how crummy you feel, you always come to most of their games. Bailey was laughing because she said "remember when grammy was in the hospital with vertigo and she was asking what time my next game starts so she could come". I don't know many grandparents who would be in bed sick telling their granddaughter they will be at the next game. We love and appreciate you more than you know. Especially when you are able to repair uniforms that have been burned beyond recognition by an iron.
Just because I wrote this, don't feel obligated to come on Saturday. It is far away and it will be hot and miserable. You can come to the tournament in West Valley next weekend. There will be plenty of games to watch then. Love, Stef
Loved the blog!!! so happy to see you back. I think that I will have to start again... It made me "homesick" to get my pictures out! :) See ya! DnD
Oh! I forgot to say that Zander is a cutie... a little chubby angel. We have one now, too! At least Zanders nose wasn't pushed off center! :) I am sure that Austin will improve in two weeks too! Love Ya!
Our Ethan isn't sure what to think of the baby either. I'm glad other small children are unsure as well. Zander is such a cute name. Congrats! Love Jeff, Laura, Ethan and Austin!
